At Pets Goodie, we take pride in offering high-quality pet supplies designed for the comfort and happiness of your furry friends. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a simple and transparent return process.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returned in original packaging.
- All tags, accessories, and inserts must be included.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be approved.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in clear and fair policies:
- Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Pets Goodie will cover the return shipping cost. A replacement or full refund will be offered at no extra cost.
- Change of Mind / Customer Remorse: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, the style or size does not meet your preference, or you ordered the wrong product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Restocking Fees
We value our customers and aim to keep things simple. Pets Goodie does NOT charge any restocking fee.

5. How to Start a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us: Email us at Support@petsgoodie.com with your Order Number, Reason for return, and Photos (required for damaged items).
Step 2 — Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Step 3 — Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to our return address provided by our support team.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: Banks or card providers may take up to 7 business days to process and post the refund.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made pet products.
- Final sale items (if marked at purchase).
